1) Orders shipped by USPS. FedEx ground, FedEx overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day service available upon request. FedEx consignee billing also available.
2) All freight charges include actual shipping charges, insurance for orders over $100 and a small handling fee.
3) All orders shipped COD or prepaid with credit card only. We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. New COD customers will be shipped "COD CASH" until paperwork with credit card guarantee is completed and returned to us.
4) All items guaranteed 100% for quality of workmanship. Any defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
5) NO RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise returned within 30 days of invoice in unused condition. For every subsequent 30 days an additional 10% fee will be added. Items which are received dirty, worn, price-ticketed, or items bought on closeout or discounted will not be accepted for return.
6) NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM-MADE OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
7) MINIMUM OPENING ORDER=$300. No minimum on subsequent orders; however, there is a $5 service charge for all orders under $50.
8) We do not drop ship on a regular basis. Drop shipping available under some circumstances. A minimum $15 per order will be applied to customer drop ships.
9) Orders shipping overseas are available through Letters of Credit, AMEX/DISC/MC/VISA. Air shipments are billed at actual freight costs plus a $10 service charge for preparation.
10) Chenille Embroidery: Our chenille line is always in great demand. Assume your chenille orders are NOT IN STOCK and must be manufactured. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for production and shipping.

12) BACKORDER POLICY: When your order is taken, a backorder is kept on those items which are temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible unless we are notified by you to cancel the backorder.
