Yellow, Light Blue, Gold, Ash, pink, etc...

Dark Color 50/50 Fruit of the Loom T-Shirts... Add $1.50/shirt in each column

Black, Navy, Red, Royal, purple, etc..

When printing on a dark surface it is necessary to include a layer of white under your chosen print colorsto make sure they look bright & natural. Remember this will be added to your custom shirt price!

Other Adjustments to Pricing

For Gildan brand Lightweight 100% cotton T-shirts... Subtract $.20/ shirt
For Hanes or FRUIT OF THE LOOM HEAVYWEIGHT 100% Cotton T-shirts... Add $1.50/shirt
For XXL... Add $1.25/shirt
For XXXL... Add $2.50/shirt
For 4X. 5X and 6X... Add $4.00/shirt
For Youth sizes... Subtract $.40/shirt

All other orders have a $15.00 set up per color and location.

Creating Your Shirt Logo Design

To handle your custom order in a timely manner, please follow the guidelines below.

Art must be created & saved as a vector file:

  • PC users: Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower, or Corel Draw 9
  • MAC users: Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower

We cannot accept JPEGs, GIFs, or BMP format for screen printing purposes. We can only VIEW these file types to quote prices & art charges for your design. If you only have a bitmap version of your design, we will have to re-create the design/logo in the proper format, and art charges will apply.

Saving Your Completed Design

  • Save your design as your unique company/team/logo name (EX: "Pinheads", not "bowling shirt logo")
  • Make sure to save all fonts & lettering as paths/outlines
