CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING PRICING

The chart reflects pricing for our Poly/Cotton shirts (Classic Bowlers, Fifties Bowlers, Loungemasters & Retrobowlers). Please add $4 to pricing for custom printed Rayon/Poly shirts (Swingmasters).
*For Hilton Shirts take $2 off listed price*

Prices reflect price per shirt printed for sizes Small thru 2X. Sizes 3X and up will carry a slightly higher cost per shirt.

There will be a one-time screen charge of $20.00 for each color in a design (each color needs its own screen). For re-orders, only a $10.00 screen reset fee (per color) will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: When printing on a black surface (many of our shirt backs are black) it is necessary to include a layer of white under your chosen print colors to make sure they look bright & natural. Remember this will be added to your custom shirt price!

Creating Your Shirt Logo Design

To handle your custom order in a timely manner, please follow the guidelines below.

Art must be created & saved as a vector file:

• PC users: Adobe Illustrator CS3 (13.0.2) or lower, or Corel Draw 9.
• MAC users: Adobe Illustrator CS3 (13.0.2) or lower.
  

We cannot accept JPEGs, GIFs, or BMP format for screen printing purposes. We can only VIEW these file types to quote prices & art charges for your design. If you only have a bitmap version of your design, we will have to re-create the design/logo in the proper format, and art charges will apply.

Saving Your Completed Design

• Save your design as your unique company/team/logo name (EX: "Pinheads", not "bowling shirt logo")
• Make sure to save all fonts & lettering as paths/outlines

We can complete the retro bowling shirt look by adding cool suede embellishments to any collar, pocket, sleeve, or anywhere you want! All embellishments shown are approx. 1" big. Only $2.95 each!
