About The Artist

Working in all types of media, Elliott Mattice has been producing art and graphics professionally for most of his adult life. Currently freelancing, he spends part of his time doing line drawings for a local animation studio, "Animotion", producing animation for websites, films, and commercials. He has done album and cd art for the legendary "Crazy Arthur Brown" (Of "Fire" fame in the late sixties), Marky Ramone (ex-Ramones), groove band "Ominous Seapods", New York's Wetlands bar, The China Club NYC, The Dinosaur BBQ (Syracuse, NY) and band art for rockbands across the US and Europe.

Specializing in retro imagery, his poster art and paintings are influenced by pinups, hotrod culture, sideshow art and B-movie/exploitation films of the fifties and sixties. Elliott currently lives in Syracuse, N.Y. with his girlfriend, two cats and his ever expanding collection of toys, magazines, and memorabilia.
